Monomorphic Event Specification is detected as exactly one Monomorphic Event

Monomorphic Event detects exactly one Monomorphic Event Specification

A Monomorphic Event Specification defines the name and signature of some Monomorphic Event. If we did not have to take polymorphic events into consideration in our metamodel, there wouldn't be much point in distinguishing between the event and its specification since its always one to one for non-polymorphic events.

To keep the bigger world where polymorphic events are considered consistent, we're going to go ahead make the distinction.
