Parameter gets value from exactly one Data Flow

Data Flow provides value for zero or one [[Parameter]

Each Parameter defined in a Signature represents the flow of some kind of data into whatever Activity specifies that Signature.

Note that a Parameter is associated with a Data Flow which may flow instance references, a table, or a scalar value.

A given Data Flow may or may not be used for the purpose of supplying a Parameter value.
