Cleanup MODX Manager CSS

I would like it to be easy to select some colors to change the look of the manager.
Also allow for a high contrast manager or easy different 'skins'.

So the Sass uses a mix of rgb and hex colors...

$success:#81B548;

Is this a good choice? Why not use only HEX or RGB?

Will convert all colors to HEX (or hsla if it has transparency)
