Missing icons

There are a number of icons missing in the list, such as "buffer" and "Canadian-maple-leaf". This leaves blank lines in the list, although the name does show on hover. If you select one of the empty items, no icon will be displayed on the page.

Apparently something was cached somewhere, most of the missing icons are there now, except for the "adobe" icon, since FA doesn't have that any more. It can be removed from the fa picker's .js file if the empty space bothers you.
