Slow responding devices:

If you have a device that always shows "Updating" (longer then a few seconds, this can be normal) when you open the Home app or moving from room to room, or is slow to respond after pressing the tile, try the following:

    1. restart the HomeKit server
    1. reboot the Shelly device, and give at least 5 minutes to connect to all your HomeKit Hubs (The more you have the longer it will take for all them to get a connection).

If that does not work, then try:

    1. Remove the device from HomeKit, by long pressing on the tile, scroll to the bottom and choose "Remove Accessory"
    1. Goto the webUI of the device and use the "Reset" button the HomeKit Settings, and then resave a HomeKit code.
    1. Then proceed to re-add the device back into HomeKit, see here for help.
