Update `deprecatedRenderURLReplacements` dict to what `runAdAuction()` accepts.

…n File (WICG#1029) Ran into this while testing, probably should be assumed but wanted to save someone else the trouble.
* Specify support for cross-origin trusted signals,
and the bundled queryFeatureSupport('*'). This also includes
fixes to some bugs in parsing of these URLs (some of the
checks were missing).
