[Guardian] Stage Download URL still contains “-vpn” in the domain

Important details:

• reproducing for the the macos platform as well; 

Guardian version:

• 1.30.b14

Tested Platforms:

• Windows 11;

Prerequisites:

• Be on +Download page - stage+;

Steps to reproduce:

1. Press the “Get Mozilla VPN” button from the “Based on your currency device” section;
2. Hover the “restart the download” link from the “Downloading Mozilla VPN for..” section;
3. Observe the URL displayed on the bottom of the page;

Expected result:

• “+https://stage.guardian.nonprod.cloudops.mozgcp.net/r/vpn/download/windows+” URL is displayed;

Actual result:

• “+https://stage-vpn.guardian.nonprod.cloudops.mozgcp.net/r/vpn/download/windows+” URL is displayed;

Verified this as fixed on Guardian 1.30 - stage env.

Stage Download URL does no longer contain “-vpn” in the domain.
