https://mozilla-hub.atlassian.net/browse/VPN-5079

Paypal currently doesn't support Romanian Leu or Bulgaria Lev, and doesn't support prices with decimals in Hungarian Forint, so instead of local currencies for these three countries we need to default to pricing in Euros using existing Stripe IDs for Euro.

Yearly Plans: €59.88 (€4.99 p/month)
Monthly Plans: €9.99
