Description

Some VPN pages, such as the resource center, show a "Download Firefox" button in the main navigation when viewed on a non-Firefox browser. This is a confusing CTA for VPN pages.

Steps to reproduce

  1. In Chrome, open https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/products/vpn/resource-center/

Expected result

There should be a "Get Mozilla VPN" button in the nav

Actual result

There's a "Download Firefox" button instead.
