Rhino 1.8: Some asserts are missing

Comparing https://github.com/mozilla/rhino/releases/tag/Rhino1_7_15_Release with https://github.com/mozilla/rhino/releases/tag/Rhino1_8_0_Release I see some asserts are missing, could you please add them ?

Hi @gbrail, check the links I mentioned above, in https://github.com/mozilla/rhino/releases/tag/Rhino1_7_15_Release there are 6 asserts: rhino-1.7.15.jar, rhino-1.7.15.zip, rhino-engine-1.7.15.jar. rhino-runtime-1.7.15.jar, Source code (zip) and Source code (tar.gz) while in https://github.com/mozilla/rhino/releases/tag/Rhino1_8_0_Release there are only 2: Source code (zip) and Source code (tar.gz)
