EuchreBot

This is a program that emulates a euchre game with AI opponents and an AI partner. The AI is still largely under construction and this code doesn't do too much at the current moment since I haven't had time to work on it much recently. There will eventually be several modes of difficulty and maybe even a graphical interface.
