Is it possible to rotate an EllipseEdge?

The regular Ellipse type as methods rotate_z() and translate() to support easily applying a rotation, but I don't see these for the EllipseEdge type.

I'd like to create rotated filled, Ellipse objects, which requires that I first create a Hatch and an ellipse edge path:

I was able to rotate the parent Hatch object that contained the EllipseEdge, and this rotated the edge path as well.
