  • Meeting to discuss which open issues are most interesting/important for the Tools WG to tackle in the short term
    • MPI Handles
    • MPI Timers
    • PMPI2/QMPI
    • Message queues interface
    • Interaction of sessions with tools/ opportunities for tools with sessions
  • There was most interest in the Tools/Sessions and PMPI2/QMPI
  • For Tools/Sessions we'll ask Dan to join a meeting or two to have a more productive discussion
  • For PMI2/QMPI, everyone's homework is to read over the old slides and try to remember where we were last
