Some Suggestions

Am quite happy with dbus-serialbattery but there are a few ideas included here that may be of benefit to wide range of users.

Reading between the lines of how this solution has evolved, LINEAR_LIMITATION_ENABLE has been around since at least v0.14.3 with Louisvdw and at that time was primarily used for linear adjustments between CCCM_CV, DCCM_CV, CCCM_T, DCCM_T, CCCM_SOC and CCCM_SOC points defined in config.ini.

Over time as solution has evolved, more and more functions are being conditioned on LINEAR_LIMITATION_ENABLE. "Penalty Sum or I Controller selection via Cell Voltage limitation (affecting CVL)" and "CVL reset based on cell voltage diff" are 2 that are the subject of these ideas.

Similarly, some functions have been added to overcome the poor current measurements & SOC provide by BMS's. Each of SOC_CALCULATION and EXTERNAL_CURRENT_SENSOR are excellent but 1 further step for those users with an external current sensor will be of benefit.

There is one further suggestion to allow "SOC reset voltage" to be used in wider range of use cases.
