Migrate full project to Typescript #38

I believe it's the right time to migrate this project to Typescript and here's the roadmap that will work:

Configure TS configuration
Rename files to .ts
Fix linter errors
Propose a dir structure to place types definition.

@mrazadar Can you please create a hacktoberfest label and assign to this issue? This will automatically attract contributors as well.
