This first pre-release includes the following features:

• The community can submit tweets that describe the situation in a city/location affected by the disaster
• Tweets submitted are processed and geotagged automatically
• "Situation reports" can be visualized on a map or as a list of cards on the dashboard.
• The cards can be arbitrarily filtered by users
• Key statistics such as number of missing, injured and deceased individuals, number of destroyed or damaged properties are shown on the dashboard
• A timeline of key events can be constructed automatically from database
• A CMS is shipped with the platform for blog entries
