1.6: Reordering of chapter 1

Some improvements and chapter 1 reordered.

The release contains two versions of the lecture notes:

• hm-tg compiled with the TeX Gyre font family
• hm-od compiled with the Open Dyslexic font family

The content is identical, feel free to pick the version you find more readable
