Install Web Push Notifications for Sitecore Package before SXA package. When prompted Merge / Retain existing items when installing packages.

xConnect.Deploy.zip needs to be unzipped at the root of your xConnect instance.

This Version has been upgraded and tested on Sitecore 10, SXA 10
