Switch node/edge count empty state for throbbers or spinners #157

For the network node/edge count, skeletons are not appropriate. Can you switch those out for throbbers or spinners instead? It should still show "nodes:" and "edges:" as in the final display; but while the count is being computed, the number should show up as a spinner.

Are you talking about these values? I would honestly hold off because this page needs a redesign anyway.

Yup, those are the ones I'm talking about.

A redesign for this section of the app would be great. Is there an issue already filed for that? If not, go ahead and file one, mention this issue in the description, and close this issue (that is, this issue can just become part of the redesign).
