A simple python script to create timelines visualizations with plotly

python plotlytimelines.py timelineA,action1,start,duration,color;timelineB,... outfile
Timeline and action are strings that define the timeline name and the associated action given the temporal values provided by start and duration (both in seconds). Colors use hexadecimal format (e.g. A9C308, no '#' symbol). Outfile is the output filename; it is also used as chart title.
