Send via Slatepack using the QT Wallet

To follow this tutorial, you will need the following:
- Up-to-date MWC QT-Wallet Software : https://github.com/mwcproject/mwc-qt-wallet/releases
First let's lay out the overall procedure, more detailed instructions with screenshots are below:
- Ask the Receiver for his TOR Address
- Select the "Send" Tab
- Select the "Slatepack" Method
- Enter the Amount you wish to send
- click on "Next"
- Enter a Description if you wish and click "Send"
- Enter the receivers Tor Address (This step is optional but required for encryption)
- Confirm typing your password and click continue
- Exchange your Slatepack content with the recipient
- Receive the Respone Slatepack from your recipient
- Select "Finalize" in the Wallet and click on "Paste Slatepack"
- Paste in the Response Slatepack you received and confirm the TX by typing your password
- Go to the "Send" Tab of your Wallet, select the Slatepack Method and enter the Amount you want to send:

Enter the recipients TOR Address if available and add a Description if you want to, then click "Continue" (Recipients TOR-Address is optional but required for encryption of the slatepack)

Exchange your Slatepack with the recipient (Hint: This can be done via copy paste)

Receive the response Slatepack of the Recipient and Finalize the Transaction in the "Finalize" Tab of the Wallet (Hint: This can be done via copy paste)

- To check the current status of the transaction the receiver can go in the Transaction tab. We will need at least to wait 2 min to see it as confirmed.
- Once the transaction is confirmed and sent, the recipient needs to wait for enough confirmations to spend the fund received recently.(set to 10 blocks by default)
- Once 10 confirmations (10 minutes) are reached, the recipient received his fund and can spend it directly after.
