We decided to approach the project on 2 week sprints each.

Sprint 1

Start: 10-Feb-2020
End: 24-Feb-2020

Goal: Milestone 1 (presentation of the lifecycle objectives and calender for the project)

Tasks

  1. Prototype the architecture.
  2. Schedule project tasks.

Sprint 2

Start: 24-Feb-2020
End: 09-Mar-2020

Goal: Milestone 2 (presentation of the lifecycle architecture; the milestone is achieved when the architecture has been validated)
