ibatis2mybatis 1.1.0

• Added support to run this via maven with 'mvn clean install' so that user does not need to install ant directly
• Support for isEmpty and isNotEmpty added by #3
• note: Usage is still provisioned through closing repo and working with it directly as was the original cases.
