If you already have the Mists of Pandaria 5.4.X, you can just put this client in the folder and start it.

If you don't have Mists of Pandaria, then just put this .exe file in empty folder start it and after it is done loading exit game and change your config.wtf to your desired realmlist.

Dbc, Db2, Maps, Mmaps, Vmaps and full world database can be found in section "Release" of this repository.
