Error returned multiple times:

error: '__declspec' attributes are not enabled; use '-fdeclspec' or '-fms-extensions' to enable support for __declspec attributes

Bumping to Xapian 1.4.21 works.

There are now Gems for 1.4.19, 1.4.20 and 1.4.21.
