Can we avoid version these two big JSON files? Please, pass them as argument to your script.
What you have is a script and a script is just another interface to your module like HTTP or persistence. I've been organizing these at <module>/script/<name>.script.ts

Maybe specify what translation you're doing? What do you think of translator.ts -> translate-legacy-policy.script.ts?
