* Upto initialization of character abilities
- ensure score ranges falls between 1 and 20 - ensure invalid keys aren't added to record
* modifiers for armor class, hit point, and damage
* remove level attribute; replace with xp * level up every 1000 xp
Increases by 5 plus constitution modifier
plus 1 for every even level
* change `attack` to return both attacker and defender * adjust attack tests to match * move ability modifier tests to the germane `character-abilities` test
