Integration of Google Storage

Because mezzanine use filebrowser_safe, which only support storage backend with folder structure, so BlobStorage is not enough for that, we may integrate Google Storage instead.

BTW, I think for file I/O Google Storage will be better and more effective than BlobStorage, maybe we could just use it for media files (uploaded files).
