Projects for inexperienced developers to build the skills that Nautilus needs

If we are going to continuously accommodate new inexperienced developers we need to develop a process that allows us to standardize and minimize our more experienced developers time.
In addition we need to also find a way to do this for our needed skills such as Rust, Python, TDD, etc.

Would it be interesting to have all the new inexperienced developers to:

• Document their learning of these skills
• Make suggestion as to how to improve it
• Create a platform that supports this learning for them and future batches of developers like the Rust learning Platform that we were initially told about when Jose and I joined the project.
