Environment

Python version: 3.11
Nautobot version: 2.1.x
nautobot-firewall-models version: latest

Expected Behavior

nautobot-server migrate nautobot_firewall_models zero

Observed Behavior

0004 - FK constraint failure. Delete all services first

Steps to Reproduce

bryanculver added the type: bug label
