Unable to Specify "Any" for Protocol #257

Environment

Python version: 3.11
Nautobot version: 2.2.8
nautobot-firewall-models version: 2.0.3

Expected Behavior

I expect to be able to specify "ANY" protocol when creating a ServiceObject.

Observed Behavior

I observed that a ServiceObject requires you specify a protocol and the only generalized options are IPv4 and IPv6.

Steps to Reproduce

Install Nautobot and Firewall Models.
Attempt to create a ServiceObject that specifies ANY protocols.
