I forbindelse med klagebehandling uten brev så klagebehandlingens årsak kunne lagres ned i databasen slik at vi kan utlede logikk for når brev skal opprettes og sendes mot sluttbruker og ikke. Et brev skal ikke sendes dersom årsaken er henvendelse_fra_kabal.
