Added a dynamic way to update the dependency list file Dependencies.json.
This should mean that if any dependency strings need to be added, it won't need another full release and users will automatically download the file.
This release also includes a python version, for those looking to run it in their own terminal. If you don't have python installed/don't know how to compile .py files, download and extract TSGen_Extract_This.zip instead,
