Abstract ontology retrieval with `ontoportal-client` #54

Can use ontoportal-client (https://github.com/cthoyt/ontoportal-client) in lieu of direct access to the API - this can also be done through OAK's Bioportal implementation (https://incatools.github.io/ontology-access-kit/packages/implementations/bioportal.html#bioportal-implementation).
Beyond the usual benefits (e.g., not having to debug another API wrapper here) this will allow for integration with other oaklib features like retrieving mappings and storing API keys.
