[feature request] Info about upgrading services on slack

Thanks for nice watcher ;) but informing only about degraded services is not enough for my workflow - is it possible to configure (or extend this container) to notify also about:

• services which are in upgrade-loop
• upgraded services (with tag name)
• turned-off services (manually or thru api)
  ? I didn't find anything in docs :( notifying on slack/hipchat is really useful for team.
