[BUG] Docs embedded in the developer portal looks bad on mobile

Background

The documentation on "Anatomy of a Smart Contract" uses what we call a "Code Explainer", which highlights sections of the code while showing pertinent concepts / information related to the code being highlighted

When a user access this page on a mobile device, it is impossible to read the code, since it gets pushed down too far away

User Story

As a user, I would like to use the "Code Explainer" tool on my mobile device, so I can quickly access documentation when I don't have access to my computer

Definition of Done

• The code should be comfortable to read on mobile view
