hardcoded https://github.com/near/near-workspaces-rs/blob/main/workspaces/src/network/sandbox.rs#L100
may be inconsistent with https://github.com/near/near-workspaces-rs/blob/main/workspaces/src/network/sandbox.rs#L71 branch,
when sandbox has been run externally
