• Add a section in which all the computational grid features (Node, Flowline, Pump, Obstacle, Cell) that users see in the modeller interface are explained, including an explanation of their attributes and attribute values. Layout should be similar to d_1d_objects.hml
• Rewrite the text (readability)
• Move information related to groundwater to a separate section on this page
• Move subgrid to a separate page (higher level in the toctree, see Give subgrid a more prominent place in de docs #210
