Nice project, thanks. I've never used Lutris before and debugging the Zwift install problem is tough when unfamiliar with the Lutris terminology. But I have had to work with Docker on occasion.
Some feedback for the README: the startup command is "zwift", whereas I was doing "sudo zwift". For the latter case, the container runs for a few minutes (possibly the duration of "The container is slow to start, why?" in FAQ), then two popups appear. One is just an OK in a blank box, the other shows an error from Zwift, that it could not find the user's Documents or Desktop folder. The popups only appear for a few seconds, then disappear apparently when the container ends.
I configured to run Docker as non root user. Then (after delay) Zwift ran for me.
