When I run the standalone SMB Scanner to check what versions of the SMB protocols are available. SMB3 with dialect 0x0311 always seems to be marked as "No". However, If I run an nmap scan against the same server it comes back saying 0x0311 is available.

Thanks for the report. I have now confirmed this and logged a bug on the backlog for it. We will look for this to be resolved in the next release.
