map: initial tool-tip text to help users learn functionality

This is an idea for improving the map and tool-tip feature (which is very nice btw)

I suggest placing an initial tool-tip text on the map (e.g. on the room that is highlighted by default when you open the map) when you open the map for the first time

This shows the user that they can click on rooms and can get more information by doing so

This issue is stale because it has been open for 60 days with no activity.
