We should provide some sort of profile template under team/, and incorporate filling it in as part of onboarding.

Ideally we could have like, a PR template, where people click a button and have a new file added that they can fill their name in on. Does Github support something like that? Could we hack it together as an Action? But if we have it create a PR their first impression will be that editing the wiki requires PRs, which we don't want.

Related to, but different from, #25.
