Support for SSO (Enterprise accounts)

Hi, it is appreciated if you can add support of SSO authentication mechanisms, or cookies-based authentication.
For example, when I try to login to SBO, there is no username / password combination, instead, I am redirected to my enterprise SSO page to authenticate and them I'm redirected to SBO.

This project is just an updated clone of SafariBooks-Downloader, although it seems abandoned. It has some pending pull requests that probably would solve your problem, like this one:

nicohaenggi/SafariBooks-Downloader#77

But I'm not 100% sure if the original code is capable of exporting every book in the right way, I found some issues and that's why I didn't continue working in this fork.
