About the PR
Updates the three NSF mini-shuttles to use directional fans instead of tiny fans. Also adds NFSD insignia to them, and a few fire extinguisher cabinets to the ones that had room for such.
Why / Balance
Compliance with the tiny fan extinction order, mostly.
How to test
Spawn them in game, check out the changes.
