Added the cargo trade crates,
Adding a new way to make money by trading crates you buy from frontier with cargo depot.

There are 2 crates, the low pay, and high pay.

• add: Frontier cargo department now sells cargo trade crates, contain collected goods from around the frontier, you can buy them and move them to a cargo depot to sell them for profits.

the sprites and such are fine and I like that the higher value ones are denser, maybe make even the lower value ones a bit denser than normal
