About the PR
A medium-sized (531 tile) ship that is designed to serve as a mobile platform for construction projects in space. Features a functional atmos setup completed with a mixing chamber.
Why / Balance
While most ships are self-sufficient as far as the engineering part goes (or can be easily modified to be), I haven't seen a design that has a fully functioning gas mixing chamber that allows the creation of tritium and frezon.
