  • What problems does this PR solve?

This restores the markdown based tables in compatibility report. Our agent automates updating this as our deps that we certify change. This has been around for almost a year and cannot be changed, PR that introduced this. It looks like this commit broke it. Back in august we had to fix this here. Please put into your process docs that this cannot be changed.

This PR restores the begin/end markers and seeds it with our latest information. Here's an example PR that you will see in the future as we updated this from our releases
