Description

I find that the way that Amazon prime photos does things to be much nicer than google photos. There is no stylizing or collaging or anything like that. Its a very simple thing that shows you all the photos from the current day by year.

Benefit / value

I look forward to the notification I get to see my photos from this day in the past years. I think it's a pretty net thing to be able to go back through them and enjoy them.
It also provides me a way to delete unwanted photos without having to go back through all of them. I scroll through the stuff from that day and delete what I don't want and /or duplicates. It really does make life a little easier.

Risk / caveats

None that i'm aware of

just FYI there have been multiple requests for this and it all depends on nextcloud being able to read EXIF data

there's a $370 USD bounty for this feature

what i don't understand his, how does the nextcloud maps app (https://github.com/nextcloud/maps) read the EXIF location data from photos?

That works. I did search, seems as though i'm not very good at it though.
