News on Raspberry Pi OS Version 16 not possible - how can I go back to 15 without restoring full backup?

Hello together,
I have unfortunately triggered the update to version 16 on my Nextcloud server. However, it runs under Raspberry OS with 32bit, so version 16 of News is not executable. I would now like to go back to the last 15 version.

Unfortunately, removing and unpacking version 15 into the addon directory doesn't work. Do I have to change any entries in the database?

Does anyone have a tip on how to do this without restoring a full backup?

Hey another user posted some commands how to do it step by step, be aware that you need to adjust he paths according to your needs.
