Bug fixes
- Shard will now not be stuck in a auto-reconnect loop on low-latency network connections
- Package metadata placeholders was replaced with actual values (RIP docs @ https://nextcore.gay)
- PyPI now has a seperate README file that has some elements not supported removed.
